Everyone involved in the respite weekend was amazed at the sensitivity you not only used but portrayed in the film. You captured the essence of the weekend in the film, which is not easy to do in a sensitive way. We all were very impressed on how much you put into two minutes of filming and how much of the weekend is on display. As you know we run the respite weekends to give unpaid carers a break from their caring role and it is extremely important to them to have this time. We have always struggled to put over what this means to carers and consequently the people they care for and the film does this wonderfully. We will be able to use the film on our website and hope to display it at our AGM... To be able to show a new carer who has not experienced the respite weekend before the film; will really give them a flavour of the weekend in a way that verbally we could not match. It will be such a help in showcasing the weekend, thank you so much for all your hard work and giving us this opportunity."
